Nar-Anon Chat™

Been in al-anon for one 1/2 yrs. realize I need to be here! Husband has been on ambien 5 years. Now drinking has started to kick more effects in. He's now trying trazadone to taper down on ambien. I'm trying to not get into the middle of his business. Knowing he is creating his own tapering down program (Paxil , trazadone, ambien) have major drug interactions. Do I stay silent and keep my nose out of it? Or mention he should look at drug interactions?
