Hi my name is Tasha. I have been with an addict for over 20 years. He started out using crack, moved to heroin now fentynal. I have been through a lot in 20 years and I need to start healing. It is constant heart break and let downs. Then I judge myself and blame myself for staying. I give myself excuses not to leave. I feel like I am also an addict. I can’t stop this cycle.

It is tough when we love an addict. There is so much heartache and grief. I am glad you found our site. Try and make it to one of the meetings. They are on Monday and Thursday at 9 eastern time and Saturdays at 8:30 eastern time. There are some very understanding people that attend and you will learn alot.
