Nar-Anon Chat™

I am (thankfully) a very grateful member of Alanon – this preceeded my very surprising, difficult foray into what I believe would be NarAnon territory. I am in Central time zone. I’m not sure if the programs overlap, what the difference might be? My adult child has been a methamphetamine user for a number of years, and has been sober since her last arrest about 2 years ago and seems to be doing well.

I have tried to attend a NarAnon online meeting and it is like cracking the DaVinci code. I’m wondering if the character traits of a drug user and my subsequent interactions would be approached in a different manner? I have found Alanon soo helpful, as I definitely qualify and raised my children as an untreated.
